These terms apply when you use the Orbinal Digital website or engage us for a project. By contacting us or working with us, you agree to the points below.
Orbinal Digital provides web design and development, e-commerce store setup, mobile app development, and digital marketing (including Meta Ads) services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins, usually over email or a written proposal.
Quotes shared through our contact form or in conversation are estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing is confirmed once project requirements are clear. Payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) are agreed with each client individually before work starts.
We aim to deliver projects within the timeframes we agree on. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or scope changes from the client's side are not our responsibility and may push the delivery date back accordingly.
The number of revision rounds included in a project is agreed upon before work begins. Additional revisions beyond what was agreed may be chargeable.
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final website, app, or design files transfers to the client. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Orbinal Digital.
Some projects may use third-party platforms or services (such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or form-processing tools). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those third parties.
We do our best to deliver reliable, well-built websites and apps. However, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost revenue or business) arising from the use of a website or app we've built, beyond the value of the project itself.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
